ICE Mechanical is a small family run business in the southern Ontario area covering Kitchener Waterloo Cambridge Guelph and surrounding area. Established in 2001 we have undergone a number of positive changes including our name. In 2011 we evolved into ICE Mechanical Services Ltd. and continue on today serving your needs in the HVAC and Refrigeration sector. Call us old school but at ICE Mechanical we don't have customers. We have friends, some of which have been with us since the beginning. We offer sales service and installation in the residential, light commercial and refrigeration areas.

Throughout our years of service we have learned that when people are in the market to make a large purchase they look for four things in particular. Quality of product, service, workmanship and price. We use the best equipment that is available to us. Our equipment is high in dependability and low in service costs. Our service is second to none and when you join our family you go right to the top. We respond in the fastest time possible and use our vast experience and knowledge to make sure that we walk away knowing that our customers are happy and satisfied. When it comes to workmanship we do not cut corners in order to improve the bottom line. When it comes to price we try to offer the most competitive price possible. At ICE Mechanical we do not employ high powered salesmen. After all we're only a small family oriented business. We promise not to oversell you or push things on to you that you really don't need. We promise to do everything in our power to see that you have an enjoyable experience with us and only suggest the products that are going to do the job for you. We will not leave you high and dry if things don't always go smoothly and we will never walk away from a customer in need.
